All accesses are outside, once registered, guests have the ability to check in, and use a code to enter their room, no key, without ever having to interact with anyone.
All rooms are independent and have its own entrance
We removed extra pillows, excess linens and decorative items to limit hand contact.
AC are cleaned and sanitized - There is one/unit, no central unit.
All rooms have their own kitchen (except Room One & Two- Standard rooms)
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no in-room housekeeping per during a guest's stay.The deep cleaning of the rooms takes place after guests leave.The room is left vacant for a full 24 hours after a guest checks out.

4145 BY THE SEA INN maintain records of guest registration, staff work assignments, and facility usage for a minimum of 90 days to enable contact tracing. This includes maintaining guest registration records, employee work assignments, documentation of key control procedures including the electronic lock records, and security camera closed circuit tapes/files.

Our check-in and check-out are online. We email guest all the check in instructions and checkout forms to avoid contact via paper forms.

The laundry will be closed until further notice in accordance with CDC guidelines.
