Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am

When available, we try to honor late check outs or early check-ins but please understand this is based on availability only. Early check-ins before 11am and late check-outs after 2pm will be charged for a half day and after 6pm will be charged a full-day. No refunds for early departures.


Office

Only on appointment from 10:30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.


All rooms are non-smoking

A $500.00 will be charged to guests who smoke in the rooms. Non-smoking areas are provided on balconies and outside areas.

Damages
Towel damage : 25$
Duvet damage : 25$
Washcloth damage : 5$
Beach towel missing : 25$


No Pets are allowed

A $500.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy and guests are to immediately vacate the unit without refund for unused time.

Parking

Only one car per unit allowed. Parking pass must be on dashboard at all times and returned to unit before checking out. Any vehicle that is not displaying a permit will be towed at owner's expense.

Visitors

To ensure our guests enjoy their time with us, visitors are welcome but may not park on site or stay overnight and must vacate property by 8pm.

We work hard to provide you with clean, updated facilities and fresh linens and appreciate all you do to help us keep our property clean and free of damages. Inventory is taken before and after you check out and your account will be charged for missing/damaged property such as towels, dishware, sheets, TVs, furniture, etc.

Disclaimer:

Our property is privately owned and operated. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please note that guests who violate our policies warrant immediate dismissal of the guests from the grounds and permit cancellation of their stay and any charges within the cancellation policy will be applied to the guests. Keys are available per request only - please note there is a $25.00 charge for each missing key upon departure
